Cantine Monfort boasts a winemaking experience that dates back to 1945. The vinery, witch is now run by Lorenzo Simoni's family, has a history of three generations and is situated in Lavis, a pleasant town just to the North of Trento.

We use only Trentino grapes cultivated by a system of integrated production, which respects the natural biological balance.

A project of quality and improvement of our own vineyards with the porpose of obtaining elegant and well structured wines has been in place for a number of years. We have always been aware of the necessity of promoting the production of wines unique to the region.
