Coming from Bourdeaux, this grape variety has shown a great adaptation to the climate and the territory of the Region. Its cultivation dates back around one century ago.


Tasting notes
Colour: intense ruby red with purple highlights.
Bouquet: intense, fruity with blackberry and bilberry notes.
Palate: full, warm with a rounded softness.


Food matching
White meats and light red meats, savoury first courses, the traditional “tortel de patate” typical of the region. Particular and elegant wine, it can be served with any kind of dishes.
