Coming from Bourdeaux, this grape variety has shown a great adaptation to the climate and the territory of the Region. Its cultivation dates back around one century ago.
Colour: ruby red.
Bouquet: fruity with light herbaceous hints.
Palate: dry with a pleasing almond finish.
White and light red meat roasts, first tasty courses, like the Trentino “tortel de patate”. A distinct and fine wine.
